The Congress Dinner


Tickets for the congress dinner are included in the full registration fee. These will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. Delegates attending for one day only will be able to purchase a ticket, if available, at the extra cost of £50. Tickets may also be purchased for accompanying persons. Delegates registering late or on the day of the congress will not be guaranteed a dinner ticket, however every effort will be made to enable them to attend if they wish to do so. No refund will be offered if a dinner ticket is not available and the full registration fee will be charged.

Methods of payment


Payments can be made by credit card or a by sending a cheque, made out to Birmingham Burns Congress in pounds sterling (£) to the Congress Secretariat.

Cancellation policy


Any cancellations of registration must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat.

Cancellation charges:

  • Cancellation (before 1st July 2010) - Refund of 50% of total paid
  • Cancellation (after 1st July 2010) - Sorry, no refund will be possible
